How do I return or exchange an order?
Any item purchased from SkiCountrySports.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, even if you bought it on sale. You may either ship them back to the address below, or return them at a Ski Country Sports Store Location. Items must be in new condition with the original tags attached. Ski Country Sports does not charge restocking fees, nor do we force customers to take store credit. We will happily refund your method of payment.
Just ship the item back to the address below, and be sure to include a copy of your receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and assumes the risk of loss, so we recommend using a reputable carrier and opting for a tracking number.
The fastest way to exchange a product is to return your original purchase and place a new order at the same time. Immediately placing a new order ensures that you’ll get the new product quickly and that it won’t go out of stock while you wait for an exchange. You’ll receive a full refund for items returned in new, and unused condition. Refunds and credits are issued as soon as your return is received by our Returns Department. Call our Customer Services Department if you’d prefer to make an exchange without setting up a new order.

Do you charge Sale Tax on your orders?
Sales tax is determined by shipping address. Check below to see if your state requires sales tax:
North Carolina: If you live in North Carolina, you will be charged sales tax if you are shopping in our Retail Stores or Shipping an order to a North Carolina address.
Colorado: We are not required to collect Colorado sales taxes on your purchase from this website. However, as of January 1, 2014 we are required to notify you, as a Colorado purchaser, that your purchase from this website is not exempt from Colorado sales or use tax and may require you to file a sales or use tax return and pay the appropriate sales or use tax directly to the State of Colorado. The application of sales or use tax to your purchase may depend upon the type of product that you purchased and your status as a taxpayer. By law we are required to provide an end of year report of Colorado purchases to you and the Colorado Department of Revenue. How is my order being shipped?
Ski Country Sports ships most orders within 24 business hours of being placed, but some do take longer to process. All orders are shipped via UPS with the exception of APO addresses. Because of this we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
For orders over $50 shipping within the lower 48 States or to an APO address, we offer FREE shipping. Free shipping is not available on freight or bulky items such as (but not limited to) bikes, bike wheels, kayaks, etc.
All Freight items including kayaks ship to business addresses and residential addresses in the lower 48 states. Freight shipping is NOT available to Alaska or Hawaii.
*AK and HI shipping options are limited to 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air.
Please include 24 business hours for order processing when calculating your ship time.

When am I going to be billed for my order?
Your credit or debit card is not charged until your order is shipped. When you place an order, the amount of your purchase is authorized by your credit card company, creating a temporary hold on funds. This hold will reduce the available balance on your account, although you will not actually be charged until your order is shiped. If you receive an error message when placing your order and then re-submit it, you may create multiple authorizations on your card. We will only bill you once for your order and any extra authorizations will be released.
How do I order a gift?
If you are sending a gift, make sure to put the recipient’s address in “Shipping Information” as you begin the checkout process. The purchasing party’s billing address goes in “Billing Information.” If you prefer that the receipt included with the product not show prices, please click this option.
Are all products available for purchase online?
Due to dealer agreements, we are unable to sell all the brands or products represented on our web site directly through the internet. We invite you to visit any of our stores or contact our customer service department to inquire about a special order.
What do I do if I have a problem with my product?
If you feel that your gear is eligible for a warranty evaluation by the manufacturer due to defect in its materials or workmanship, contact our Warranty Department.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you are still shopping and have not hit the "Submit Your Order" button, you can remove items from your cart and make any changes necessary.
Once you’ve hit the "Submit Your Order" button, your order has gone through. Give us a call right away at (800) 528-3874 to make any changes.
Sizing information?
Sizes vary between brands, often making it a challenge to determine what size will fit you best. To help you make the right choice, we provide Sizing Charts for almost all of our products. You can find this chart on the left-hand side of your screen in the “Add to Cart” box. It is important to know your measurements and compare them accurately with the provided Sizing Charts. If a product does not have a Sizing Chart and you are confused about which size to order, give us a call at (800) 528-3874.
